1. We Meet
Our process begins with a conversation. This is often face-to-face with our practice director, Adrian Amiconi. We listen to your story and explore your ideas. Whether you’re dreaming of a new build, a renovation or an extension, we take the time to understand you so we can design a home that functions as lovely as it looks.
2. We Explore
We move to the drawing board and the magic begins. In this Concept Design stage, we explore your property’s potential— its context, orientation, and features—and combine this with your vision to give you a glimpse into what’s possible.
We understand that committing to a full design can feel like a leap, so we offer this stage as a stand-alone, fixed-fee service. You’ll receive professional sketches and site concepts designed to excite and inspire. Love it? Fantastic. We’ll move forward together. If not, no hard feelings. You’ll still have a bespoke concept design that’s yours to keep.
3. We Refine
With the concept approved, we dive into the Sketch Design phase. This is where your ideas start to take form in more detailed and considered drawings. Your feedback shapes the design, and we won’t progress until you’re completely happy with it.
4. We Work
Architecture is in the details, and we meticulously handle them all so you don’t have to. From coordinating with interior designers, builders and landscapers to navigating permits and approvals, we ensure everything runs smoothly. Clear timelines and regular updates keep you in the loop, so you can kick your feet up and focus on getting excited about what’s to come.
5. We Deliver
We hand the keys over so you can enjoy life in the home we brought to life together. While you might be sick of us by then, you’ll rest easy knowing that if anything ever comes up, we’re just a phone call, email or text away. And if you ever feel like hosting a housewarming barbeque, we’ll happily bring the wine.
